  Time flies, China has joined WTO for ten years. We have passed more than twenty years along with the reform, opening up and booming steps forward of the motherland. From a small border trade company, HUOC has developed into a large foreign trade company with energy, raw materials and other commodities import primarily. In 2012, our business volume reached USD4.6 billion, ranked as No.48 amongst the top 500 Chinese import and export enterprises. Imports from the initial chemical raw materials expanded to the crude oil, oil products, iron, coal, fertilizer etc.; from hundreds of thousands of tons of annual import quantity to millions of tons; from tens of millions of US dollars of import volume to USD4.6 billion in 2012. Branch offices radiate to Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Suifenhe and Tongjiang, with effective interconnection and integrated management system.

  The rapid development of HUOC depends on government support, the   society’s trust and collaboration and all staff‘s hard work. I hereby express the highest respects and sincere thanks to all leaders and colleagues.
 
   New height gives us a wider vision and more open mind. Today standing in the new starting point, facing even more complex and changing external environment, HUOC needs to solve problems with creative thinking, the keen insight and ability of meeting an emergency. Depending on the opportunity of economic and trade  development between China and Russia,  HUOC will concentrate on development of Russian energy and raw materials and create sustainably new development space of enterprise complied with geopolitical, policy, financial advantage.
