In August 17, 2004, the Announcement No. 46, 2004 of the Ministry of Commerce released the List of the Recorded Enterprises for None State Trading Import Operation of the Third Batch of Crude Oil and Oil Products (Fuel Oil). The Company gained the crude oil general trading import franchise of non state trading.
